We want you to be happy with your work. Because our services are custom, digital and personal, our policy is built around getting the design right rather than issuing blanket refunds. This policy applies to all MLG Vision Works services.
If your first round of logo concepts doesn’t feel right, you get one additional round of concepts at no charge before any further revisions are billed. We don’t stop until it’s right. Revision rounds included with each logo tier are listed on our pricing page.
Website projects are quoted at a fixed price and delivered in stages. If you cancel mid-project, you are responsible for the work completed to that point. Completed and delivered work, including a launched website, is not refundable, but we will correct defects and make agreed revisions.
Because digital deliverables cannot be returned, fees for logos, brand kits and other files that have been delivered or approved are non-refundable.
Care Plans are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time with 30 days’ written notice. Cancellation stops future billing; we do not refund partial months already billed. We will provide your site files on request when you leave, subject to any balance owed.
Digital products and downloads are non-refundable once delivered or accessed. If we sell physical products, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused and in original condition. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, and refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the item.
Email info@mlgvisionworks.com with your name, project and the reason for your request. We respond within one business day. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
