Welcome to mlgvisionworks.com, operated by MLG Vision Works, an operating company of MLG Legacy Holdings (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using this website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Use of the site

This Site describes the web design, logo design, branding and hosting services of MLG Vision Works. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation or security.

2. Services, quotes and orders

• Services are described in our packages and pricing. Prices shown as ranges are estimates; we confirm a fixed quote in writing before work begins.
• A project begins when you accept a quote and pay any required deposit (typically 50% of the quoted price). Balances are due upon approval of the final work and before final files are released, or per the milestone schedule in your quote.
• Requests outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.
• Turnaround times are estimates and depend on prompt feedback and content from you.

3. Client content and responsibilities

You are responsible for the text, images, logos and other materials you provide and confirm you have the right to use them. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful or infringes anyone else’s rights.

4. Intellectual property

Our own content on this Site — text, graphics, logos and brand names, including MLG Vision Works — belongs to MLG Legacy Holdings or its affiliates and may not be copied or used without written permission. Ownership of finished deliverables (for example, a final logo or website design) transfers to you upon receipt of full payment. We may display completed work in our portfolio unless you tell us otherwise in writing. Third-party materials (stock images, fonts, plugins) remain subject to their own licenses.

5. Hosting and Care Plans

Hosting and Care Plans are billed monthly and renew until cancelled. Plan inclusions are described at the time of purchase. We work to keep hosted sites available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

6. No guarantee of results; no professional advice

We build professional websites and brands, but we do not guarantee any particular business result, such as search-engine ranking, traffic or sales. Content on this Site is for general information and is not financial, legal, tax or investment advice.

7. Payments

Payments are processed by third-party providers. You agree to provide accurate billing information. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.

8. Third-party services

Our services may rely on or link to third-party tools and partners (such as hosting, payment, email or plugin providers). We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third parties.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MLG Vision Works, MLG Legacy Holdings and their affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or our services, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service at issue.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
